“I inherited a house that was in bad condition. I was not sure what to do with it. This was my childhood home. I thought about trying to fix it back up for my family but that was too overwhelming for me as I live out of state. I contacted Gulf Coast Home Buyers and spoke with a gentleman named Jared. He came out to look at the house but was unable to get near what I thought the house was worth at that time. He offered to put a lock box on the door to help me be able to show the house to other potential buyers (mind blown, who helps people like this???). I went around and around with other people but all I got was insulted. As a realtor in the past, I did have a concept of the value of the home, but realized that in its present condition I was not going to get what it would bring fixed up ( which I was not capable of doing myself). Jared came back and revisited the home and came up with an offer which I found acceptable. The home closed yesterday April 15th, 2019. Huge relief I don’t have to worry about the house anymore and I know it will be taken care of. Jared also said he would keep an eye out for my grandmother’s quilts which I hope are still in the house and send me pictures of the finished work. Super great service and Eileen at the title company was also a joy to deal with. THANK YOU GULF COAST HOME BUYERS!!!”
