Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: Good question. We are licensed agents, but we don’t want to list your house. We want to give you an offer to buy your house. We are professional home buyers. Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes. If we did not pay a fair price, then no one would ever sell us their house.
Many of the houses we buy need some repairs or updating. And our crews will take care of all things that need fixing or repairing or remodeling.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our process for determining the price is very straightforward.
We have to look at the location of the house, the condition of the property, the amount of repairs that are needed, the cost of those repairs, and the amount that comparable houses nearby have recently sold for.
So we have to look at many things before we can give you an accurate offer. We look at all those criteria before we create your specific offer. We want to create a fair offer for you that will help you solve your real estate problem.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: We do NOT charge any fees or commissions when we buy someone’s house. We are not trying to get you to list your house with us. We actually want to buy your house.
We are licensed FL real estate agents. If you told us that you did not want to sell your house to us now, but you wanted us to list your house, then we would do that for you. And if we listed your house, then we would earn a commission when it sold.

Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
